As we move into spring and a new quarter, I’m excited to share what’s ahead for Jonas Chorum—especially something we’ve been working on for quite some time: our upcoming user conference, Unified.
We’ve always believed in the power of connection—between systems, hotels, and most importantly, people. Unified is our chance to bring that belief to life. This event is all about bringing our customers, partners, and team members together in one place to learn, collaborate, and share ideas as hospitality innovators. Whether you’re a long-time user or just getting started with Jonas Chorum, Unified will be packed with meaningful insights, hands-on training, and a behind-the-scenes look at what’s next for our platform and Jonas Hospitality as a whole.

PRODUCT UPDATES
- Users can now set a Guarantee and Cancellation Policy for individual groups
- You can now post Adjustments directly to a Credit Card posting by clicking the Action Button (…) next to the transaction
- For House Accounts:
- Set the default for credit card payments to Swipe or Enter Card, rather than use the card on file
- Open a New Folio on demand
- New report: Housekeeper Cleaning Log which shows the start/end time and total time by room and by housekeeper, when using Chorum Mobile App to track
- Rate Code Change Log now includes a record of changes to Rate Tiers
- Guest Profile now has a field to record Date of Birth
- Support for more than four Key Encoders has been added
