The Affordable Suites of America portfolio includes 20 locations across the United States, with two new hotels under the stayAPT brand scheduled to open towards the end of 2020 and an additional 18 currently under construction. The new chain is committed to building a portfolio of 100+ corporate-owned hotels, with a goal of 200+ franchise locations within the next five years.
